Fruit and yogurt smoothies are an excellent combination of vitamins from the fruit and calcium for your bones from the yogurt. And of course, there are endless variations to this yummy way of eating healthily.



yogurt smoothies The basic recipe for one slimming fruit and yogurt smoothie is easy. You’ll need:

¼ of a cup of chopped low-calorie fruit, fresh or frozen,
½ of a cup of low-fat of fat-free yogurt, frozen if you want,
¼ of a cup of some liquid like low-fat milk or flavored water,

some crushed ice and spice it up with cinnamon or ginger if you like.

Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. This gives you a good size delicious smoothie.
