It's not as important as you think to develop motivation to lose weight.

The importance of motivation is that it gets you started.

Once you’ve decided on why you want to lose weight and are on your way to a slimmer you, other things matter.

There is nothing better for building your self confidence than setting one small weight loss goal after another and reaching them. After you have reached one goal you will feel more confident and that will help you develop motivation to take the next step.

Just do it!
