Your Weight Loss Food Program - How To Get Started
You don't have to be a dietary expert to put together your own weight loss food program.
You might make mistakes to start with, but you will learn and use your new knowledge to make better food decisions in the future.

These are the steps on how to put together a good and personal program:* Work out how to eat 5-6 times a day. In this way you will never be too hungry and you will keep your metabolism going at its best.
* Decide on how many calories to eat each day. Don't cut down to much on the calories though. A quick weight loss is tempting, but in the long run it's better to take it slowly. (You can also check out my guidelines on how to decide on a weight loss goal in general.)
* The healthy diet plan will show you how much to eat at each meal and how the calories should be divided between fat, carbohydrates and protein for you to get the best result with your weight loss attempt.
After you followed these three steps you have the framework ready to fill with yummy weight loss foods of your choice.
When we lose weight, toxins (mostly stored in fat) are released into the blood stream so don't forget to provide your body with lots of water. It will help with your weight loss and also help your body get rid of the toxins.
