losing weight???

Ok so i am gettting married in june and i want to lose a few pounds for my wedding dress. i dont have enough money for diet pills and i cant afford the doctor. i have been trying a fruit punch, salad, and vitamin water diet and i dont know if it is the healthiest way to go. i need some suggestions on how i could lose my weight without pills or the doctor. i am wanting to lose anywhere from 20 to 25 pounds.
