The way to lose weight and keep it off is to NOT be on a diet.

Here you'll find healthy weight loss tips and free weight loss help.

Through experience, both in my personal life and as a weight coach, I know it's best to lose weight without being on a diet and make sure you'll enjoy the process!

If you don't enjoy the process, there is no chance you'll be successful.

Yes, that's right.

I’ve seen diets come and go, tried many of them myself and I'm sure you’ll agree when I say there is no more boring way of losing weight than being on a diet.


My site is on "Healthy Weight Loss", because I want you not only to lose weight but be healthy and energetic as well.

…and "Made Easy" because you will see how much easier it is to lose weight when you stop looking for "The Best Diet" or "The Best Exercise" and start focusing on what really matters: You!

On Healthy Weight Loss Made Easy you’ll find:

• help on finding the best food to fit you and your preferences,

• yummy recipes, from snacks to desserts, because healthy does not mean boring,

• tips on easy exercising, to get you going,

ideas and tips for fast weight loss - I fully understand and respect that you’re impatient sometimes,

• ways to eliminate water retention and speed up the fat burning process,

... and more.

During my own weight loss attempts in the past, I found the information on health and weight loss confusing.

Finally I started searching in other directions to find ways to get and stay slim.

I find the whole idea of using diet as a way to feel and look better contra productive. Being on a diet means depriving yourself of things you like and how that is going to make you feel better fools me. (At least it didn’t make me feel or look better.)

I have created Healthy Weight Loss Made Easy to help you reach your ideal weight without the deprivation of a diet.

Life is too short, the only thing you’ll lose by going on a two week diet is two weeks.


Of course you don’t have to be a dietitian or a work out maniac to be able to achieve a body you like. What you need is information and common sense. My aim with this site is to give you exactly that.

Get the Most Out of Healthy Weight Loss Made Easy

The main sections of my site are:

Strategies and planning (probably the most important part of weight loss and also the most neglected).
Covers what you need to know from how to set a clear goal, via my calorie guide (how to use a chart so you don’t have to count calories on a daily basis) to how to put together your own weight loss plan. You'll also find tips on what to do when your motivation fails you, what the secret they never tell you is and how you focus on success.
You may want to come back to this section from time to time and readjust your plan.

Nutrition.
Answers to questions such as; “what are Superfoods?” “Is the Mediterranean Diet something I should try?” “How can the Healthy Eating Pyramid help me?” “Do I really need supplements (fiber, protein or nutritional supplements)?” “How will water help me lose weight?”.

Avoid cravings.
This is about blood sugar levels and how too high levels can ruin your weight loss and how you’ll benefit from a glycemic index diet (and what is this index really?). It’s also about finding the right filling food and the best time to eat.

Exercise.
Yes, you need this, but you’ll see that even walking and stretching can be enough.

Recipes.
Here you’ll find yummy, mouth watering recipes that both taste good and do good.
