Calorie Burning Calculator

This calorie burning calculator uses your Resting Metabolism (RMR) then factors in your activity level to get a rough idea of how many calories you burn in an average day.

(Your RMR is the amount of calories your body needs while you are resting.

Some energy is always needed to keep you heart beating, your blood circulating etc.)

To maintain your current weight you can eat this many calories per day.

To lose weight you need to cut down on calories or increase you activity level.

Don't cut down on calories so much that you fall below the RMR amount. It can lead to health problems that are more difficult to deal with than your extra weight.
