Avocado Recipe with Cottage Cheese and Smoked Turkey
This avocado recipe with cottage cheese and smoked turkey uses ingredients that you can easily include in a slimming diet.

You can include it in your diet without feeling guilty, even tough it’s high in fat, it contains a type of fat you don’t have to worry about.
Cottage cheese is low high in calcium and low in fat, the kind of fat you should stay away from. Cottage cheese by itself can be dull, but mixed in this way it’s delicious.
Lean poultry, such as turkey is always a good meat choice.
This snack contains no processed carbohydrates.
Try to eat this kind of snack instead of muffins, potato chips or protein bars (which can be high in sugar) and you will soon see a difference on the scale.

Ingredients
½ avocado 25 gr smoked turkey fillet 2 tablespoons cottage cheese, low fat Sambal oelek, to taste Parsley
Preparation
1. Cut the turkey into small pieces. Mix the turkey, cottage cheese and sambal oelek. 2. Cut the avocado just before serving (it gets brown otherwise). Fill it and top with copped parsley. (The avocado can be cut in halves and be stored in the fridge wrapped in cling film and with the kernel left.)
